Biovail Faces U.S. Investigation Over Cardizem
Biovail Corp said on Friday that it is being investigated by a U.S. Federal grand jury concerning the 2003 commercial launch of its Cardizem LA heart drug.
The company said the action could lead to civil or criminal charges and it was cooperating with the probe. ($1=$1.00 Canadian)
